I failed to stop at a stop sign and forgot to pay my license plate tax sticker. I got fines for both violations and paid both, but I still have to show up in court tomorrow.
Should I get a lawyer?
What can happen ? - points on license/ license suspended / go to jail ??
P.S. I had a previous traffic violation in a different county - speeding ticket and my license was suspended because I failed to show up to the court date I asked for!

I’m looking to incorporate my company in nevis so that I can keep my assets for the company private. While I live in Pennsylvania, my company is run completely online so I don’t have a physical business operating presence in pennsylvania. What type of tax ramifications do I need to look out for. Note: I will pay income taxes on the money that I transfer - it just wouldn’t be the corporate taxes. Thanks!
