I work for a small T-shirt company. I never filled out any paper work when I started here, I just started. I never had any taxes taken out and I was wondering how do I file my taxes? I live in Texas and over the summer I lived and worked (for 2 months) in Arizona. I’m not sure how to file my taxes since my W-2’s will be from two different states. Texas does not have state taxes, only federal. Can I put my Arizona W-2 on my Federal 1040? Or do I need to file this separately with the state (if so how should I do this?)? If it makes any difference I probably only made around $1700 while working in Arizona.

Does Quickbooks automatically take out the State ,federal , and social security taxes out of a check that you make for your employees? If so, is that it? You dont have to worry about taxes until the end of the year and send out a W-2?
