attorney doesn’t want to represent client in court for contempt?

29 March 2009 3 Comments

My b/f’s ex is not paying her half of back income taxes as stipulated in their divorce decree. His attorney does not want to represent him in court for contempt and says he should do it himself. This will involve a lot of time on his part. He works long hours which will make this difficult. Should he start over with another attorney?
