I’m looking to incorporate my company in nevis so that I can keep my assets for the company private. While I live in Pennsylvania, my company is run completely online so I don’t have a physical business operating presence in pennsylvania. What type of tax ramifications do I need to look out for. if a indvidual gives me POA with the IRS using form 2848 and i make installment arrangement on their behalf am i liable for the payments? the individual does have some money to make the payments. you can assume i am not intentioanlly misleadin cheating, etc… the irs. we are not trying to dispute the amount, just trying to help an individual settle his back tax amounts for a couple years.
is there anything i should be concerned with?
