Deeds On the Ropes on Taxes

Creigh Deeds tries — and fails — to thread the needle on his plans to raise taxes. He says he will not raise “general fund” taxes — but is forced to admit that gasoline taxes go into the Transportation Trust Fund. Deeds will raise taxes.

    The roads arent that much better in greensboro and where go to school in virginia also the roads arent that much better in north carolina and there is about 10 per gallon difference from my hometown in greensboro and where go to.
