Get Your Employers Tax ID For a 1099 Form

30 apartments painted by a man who works for madison rental properties in Ann Arbor this I paid only 30% of what he owes me all this person I would take him to small claims court.So threat to me that my ssn # 1099 to a file I do not think it even has a claim, how can he or rent this co me tax ID # I think its sad to have to deal with people like this.any would help a lot thanks Tommy
