What address do florida residence mail their filed taxes to?

My sons are filed, but he is a Fl orida resident. He filed in Texas the year before with turbo tax. I did his taxes for him and when I got thru, it said to mail the signature form to austin texas. Now i am wondering if that is why the delay of his rebate check, plus he didnt file until april 3.

    Florida and Texas do not have state income tax returns.
